Power in Organizations teaches people how to handle and leverage organizational structures and bureaucracies in the course of their careers. For example, how should someone form an effective coalition or find the root cause of personnel problems? Given that many MBA students seek to climb up the corporate ladder as fast as possible, this is a useful and applicable course for most students.
