McManus Living and Learning Center - Residence Review Details   Attended on 06/28/2008 by Campusguru Average (3)  I didn't live in McManus, but since I spent a decent amount of time there attending group meetings and visiting friends. Based on these experiences, here are the pros and cons I found: Pros: 9 month lease Affordable pricing Filled with Kellogg students, if you have a spouse and/or kids, they won't feel lonely in McManus when you're off doing Kellogg stuff. Tons of meeting rooms to hold group meetings Cable, internet, utilities included Furniture provided Cons: Studio units come with twin beds (not sure if the other ones do too) Provided furniture isn't the best quality Feels more like a dorm than an apartment building Some of the facilities/rooms seem like they could be due for a renovation	Map  Residence Address 1725 Orrington Ave 60201 Phone: (847) 491-5500  Weather Current Conditions: Cloudy, 34 F Forecast: Fri - Snow/Wind.
