Park Evanston - Residence Review Details

Excellent (5)
My roommate and I decided to either rent an apartment from Evanston Place or Park Evanston. Given that we were apartment hunting from California, we felt that we’d be guaranteed a good apartment without having to run inspection checks by renting from either of these two buildings. We actually found a better deal at Park Evanston versus Evanston Place. The Park Evanston rent was slightly cheaper AND the room had a washer and dryer, which wasn’t the case at Evanston Place. We ended up paying $2250 for a two bedroom, two bath unit. The room was in great condition. My only complaint was that the kitchen didn’t have a disposal, and the smaller bedroom was way too small. They should have made the living room slightly smaller and increased the bedroom size. The gym comes in really handy when you don’t feel like walking somewhere to workout during the winter. It’s nothing too fancy, but does have health club quality treadmills and a decent number of weight machines and free weights. The one bedroom apartments at Park Evanston are extremely pricey, but if you can find a roommate and go with a multiple bedroom unit, it is definitely a legitimate option.
