Management and Organizations (MORS) classes teach a combination of management, leadership and organizational behavior. Kellogg’s general management program is typically ranked #2 in the nation by US News (behind Harvard). Kellogg alums often say that when they look back on their time at Kellogg, they wish they had taken more MORS classes since the concepts can play a direct influence in advancing their careers. While the details of more theoretical subjects can be lost over the years, the key learnings from MORS classes can be retained for a lifetime.
